A piece about the blog
For all those that have asked, and wanted to follow our adventures we figured it was a good idea to share our travels in blog form.
We've basically written our posts as more of a diary for ourselves to remember some funny moments (to us anyway) and associate those memories with the many pictures and videos that we will accumulate. We've accepted we're never going to be the next big social media influencer and travel advisor - Luke is far too dull for that anyway, but hopefully we can provide some entertainment for our family and friends. Basically we're writing this because turns out it's quite fun to think about what we've done in our down time and we will both forget a lot otherwise.
Knowing we both don't have a creative bone in our body, we'll see how this goes! But hopefully it'll be a learning curve.
So if you find yourself reading this and it is not to your taste. Soz don't care.
For those who have an interest in what we get up to in a bit more detail than the Insta/Facebook stories and posts, our initial aims are to do blog posts based on key areas within a country we've visited:
'Summary' of location & key things we've done
'Chronicle' of events
'Picture story' of our trip (quite similar to what is posted to social media)
We hope it brings some entertainment. We are very much open to suggestions ahead of where we are going so please reach out if so!
